State Bank & Trust of Kenmare is a charter member of the Independent Community Banks of North Dakota and today has a strong presence in Independent Community Bank Organization in North Dakota. State Bank & Trust of Kenmare is a member of Jorgenson Holding Company which acquired The Citizens State Bank at Mohall in 1989 and First National Bank & Trust of Williston in 1997 and continues to operate these banks.
