CBC Bank, previously known as Clifford Banking Company, was established in 1871 by Benjamin P. Clifford in Clarksville, Missouri and is the oldest bank in Pike County. Benjamin P. Clifford’s banking experience under the name B.P. Clifford & Sons, Bankers dates back to the 1850's. Benjamin P.
