Farmers & Merchants Bank

Farmers and Merchants Bank was chartered in 1946 by a group of local businessmen. It continues to be a local independent bank serving Screven and surrounding counties. Bank's mission is to protect its depositors while providing a reasonable return to the shareholders and provide employment to a number of local citizens. The team strives to accomplish these goals by meeting the financial needs of the community.
