Farmers State Bank

Missouri based Stark Bancshares, Inc. received regulatory approval and completed the transaction to purchase Farmers Financial Corporation, (“FFC”), parent holding company of Farmers State Bank S/B, headquartered in Bolivar, Missouri. The purchase is effective immediately. The bank will continue to operate as an independent community bank under its current brand, Farmers State Bank.
