First Community Bank is a traditional community bank — banks employees are shareholders of the bank, which means they have a personal interest in creating satisfied customers. Since First Community Bank opened in Alice in 1983, they have grown to include banks in Kingsville, Portland, Padre Island, Rockport and Victoria with its headquarters and Home Loan Center in Corpus Christi.
