Headwaters State Bank

Headwaters State Bank was originally located in Phelps, Wisconsin under the name Phelps State Bank. In 1955 permission was granted by the Wisconsin State Banking Commission to move the charter to Land O' Lakes. As an independent Bank they strive to provide quality products and services. Since its opening, the Bank has played an integral part in enhancing the lives of its customers and contributing greatly to the growth of the community.
