Morgan Partners was founded in 2005 by Marc Maselli. The firm is based outside of Boston and has a regional office in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is an investment bank working exclusively in the financial technology sector. The firm focuses on the middle market, and advises on transactions in the $50 – $250 million range.
