Putnam County State Bank opened its doors in Unionville, MO on July 5, 1979. The premise of the bank upon its opening was to be locally owned, directed, and operated for the people of Putnam County and surrounding counties. With a small staff of 5, Putnam County State Bank set out to provide a valuable service to this area while staying competitive in the banking industry. In 1992, a branch office was opened in Milan, MO to better serve a larger area of the surrounding counties.
