Rio Grande S&L

Rio Grande Savings and Loan is a mutually owned savings association that was founded in 1905 as the Monte Vista Building Association. The founders of the association saw a need for home financing in the community. The goal of the association was to provide a place where the members of the communities it serves could find reasonable rates on loans while those providing the funds could have a safe place to deposit their funds and receive a reasonable return on their investment.
