It is a New Jersey state-chartered commercial bank with eleven branches in New Jersey, including three in Princeton and others in Hamilton, Pennington, Montgomery, Monroe Township, Lambertville, New Brunswick, Lawrenceville, Cream Ridge and three branches in the Philadelphia area.
