It serves all or parts of the counties of Dinwiddie, Sussex, Surry, Prince George, Greensville, Southampton, Isle of Wight, and Chesterfield; and all or parts of the cities of Petersburg, Emporia, Colonial Heights, Franklin, Smithfield, and Chester.
