Metamora State Bank first opened its doors in Metamora, Ohio, in 1944. Originally owned and operated by a husband and wife team, the bank now has branches in Metamora, Sylvania and Maumee, a staff of 20 employees, and assets in excess of $82 million. The products offered by the bank have changed through the years. In addition to traditional checking and savings accounts, Metamora State Bank offers MSB Choice Checking and BusinessPlus Checking, as well as Certificates of Deposit and Individual Retirement Accounts.
